Join us for our first ever Jenny Cookies Party at the Patch! Fall in love with Swans Trail Farms at this beautiful time of year, next Thursday night from 6-8 pm.  You’ll enjoy a simple fall wreath making activity and get to pick a pumpkin from our patch to bring home with you. Snack on beautiful charcuterie from the Catering Company and sample the most delicious fall desserts from Jenny Cookies Bake Shop. 

You’ll be the first to sneak peek, sample and shop our new exclusive fall menu and merch!  Give ’em pumpkin to talk about at one of many photo opportunities to get that perfect fall picture in your favorite outfit. Grab your bestie, or come meet a new one! Invite your fellow friend or family member that is obsessed with all things pumpkin and get ready for a fun night out.  We are so excited for you to come Party at the Patch with us!
