Custom Orders
How fast can I get a custom order?
Cookies:
At this time, we are accepting a limited amount of large custom cookie orders with a 10 dozen minimum. You can find more info about these here. We need a minimum of 2 weeks advance but can occasionally accommodate a rush order. Email orders@jennycookies.com to inquire!
Cakes:
We have moved away from custom cake orders to support two locations. We offer new cake designs and flavors each month, available for pre-order here.
Please note all custom orders are for pickup only from our Lake Stevens shop.
How do I place a cookie order?
Pre-designed Sugar Cookies:
Pre-designed sugar cookies are available by the half or full dozen for pick up.
- Pre-designed cookie orders require at least 4 days notice
- We offer new sugar cookie designs each month
- Pick up available at Lake Stevens or Alderwood Mall
- We proudly decorate all of our sugar cookies with buttercream icing

Ingredients / Allergies
We do have a variety of desserts that do not contain nuts, however, because some of our desserts do contain nuts we cannot guarantee that our kitchen is nut free.
Do you sell Gluten Free baked goods?
We are not a gluten free facility, however, we do offer a gluten free sugar cookie as part of our treat selection. Although we do our best to prevent any cross contamination, we cannot guarantee that our kitchen is 100% gluten free.
Merchandise Returns/Exchanges
We do accept returns of unworn/unwashed within 14 days of the package being delivered, in exchange for shop credit. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will not be included in shop credit. Items can only be returned for store credit – no refunds or exchanges. Please include your name, order number and email address with your return. Please email us for the shipping address to orders@jennycookies.com.
Once we receive your item, we will email you with a discount code for the amount of the item to be used towards a future purchase.

Shipping
Due to a sky high rise in shipping costs and supplies, we have moved away from shipping our treats. Please keep an eye out for special occasion shipments!
Do you ship to Canada / Australia / International?
Unfortunately we are not shipping any items outside of the USA at this time. Check back soon as we are working on it!
